TÜTSÜ grew from the Düvee story and a respect for good ingredients, real fire and time. Actor Mehmet Aslantuğ has been part of this continuing story and relationship from its roots. Today the kitchen carries that spirit forward through oak-smoked BBQ and open-fire cooking.
