Have you tried our BBQ Plates prepared by the expert chefs of Tütsü, using meat from our naturally raised cattle?
Our BBQ selections are smoked for 9-11 hours using the Texas low-and-slow technique, in our special smoker designed and welded in our farm.
Our cooks merge modern culinary techniques with traditional practices acquired from past generations.
The BBQ delicacies found in our menu are not marinated beforehand, but only covered with salt and black pepper.
The meats are cooked and smoked in oak wood collected from old oak trees around the southern hill of our farm. The meat gathers the oak taste and smell for hours into a caramelized black crust of salt and pepper on the edges of the slices, called “the bark”. We aspire to present you the most untouched and the most delicious of all, in our journey from our farm to your table…
In all of our BBQ Plates, all of our smoked meats are rested in room temperature and served lukewarm with delicious sides of your choice.

Lager.
BEERS

Lager is beer which has been brewed and conditioned at low temperature. Lagers can be pale, amber, or dark. Pale lager is the most widely consumed and commercially available style of beer. The term “lager” comes from the German for “storage”, as the beer was stored before drinking, traditionally in the same cool caves in which it was fermented.
As well as maturation in cold storage, most lagers are distinguished by the use of Saccharomyces pastorianus, a “bottom-fermenting” yeast that ferments at relatively cold temperatures.
